I'm really pleased with this light. Really illuminates my barn, which is 30 feet high. I would purchase again.
Installed the 240 watt fixture on December 8, 2023 and will update with any issues. Opted to use the plug and play non dimming function since it is a replacement fixture. We have AM aviation radios in our shop and it causes no interference. The fixture has a cast aluminum housing and seems very sturdy. The heavy duty hanging hook is easily hung and includes a safety screw to ensure it will not come loose. No safety cable included though. Remember this fixture needs to be hung high in order to get the broadest light coverage. This 240 watt fixture probably won't save me much money when compared to the removed high pressure sodium fixtures. The instant on and the light output is far superior to the old lights and it was a smart purchase. Highly recommended for industrial and commercial spaces.
Love the no more shadows on my work bench
This high bay light works great and is relatively compact. Has fins for heat dissipation. It is like looking into the sun so be careful.
It was very easy to install the bay light. I installed a hook on the garage ceiling and hung the bay light on the hook. I plugged in the power cord that came with the bay light into the power outlet that has been installed on the ceiling. Since I did not want to plug and unplug the power cord to turn on and off the bay light, I added a single outlet on and off switch to power on and off as seen on the attached photos. The light is very bright. Some people may not like such a bright light in the garage, but I really like the brightness of my garage. I am very pleased to turn my garage into a place where I can get some work done under the bright light.
