How long will it take to get my order for In-Stock Items?
* All In-Stock products are shipped from our warehouse within 24-48 Hours of the order being placed. (Monday - Friday).  In-Stock orders Placed on Saturday or Sunday will typically ship on Monday. In-Stock orders will typically arrive between 2-7 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider, and location.

How long will it take to get my Special-Order Item?
* For Special-Order products or Non-Stock products, please call our Customer Support Team at 1-332-261-9131

Is Signature Required for Delivery?
* Yes. NGTLight includes UPS Signature Confirmation on all of it's orders.  UPS Adult Signature Confirmation requires someone 21 years or older to sign for the package .
