Shipping & Returns

In-stock items are shipped within 24–48 hours of order placement (Monday–Friday), with weekend orders typically processed on Monday. Delivery generally takes 2–7 business days, depending on carrier availability and destination. For special or non-stock orders, please contact our Customer Support Team at 1-332-261-9131 for estimated lead times. All shipments require UPS Adult Signature Confirmation, meaning an individual aged 21 or older must sign upon delivery.

Returns

Customers may return unused, non–made-to-order items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

Orders canceled within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund; cancellations made after this period are subject to a 10% fee. Please ensure all order details are accurate before submission. International orders are final sale and not eligible for return. In the event of an incorrect shipment, customers must notify our customer service team within 24 hours to receive a return label and replacement.

Custom or made-to-order products may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee—please refer to individual product pages for specific return eligibility and fee details.

Product Warranty

All NGTLight products include a limited one- to five-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the purchase date, excluding damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. To maintain warranty coverage, products must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable codes and instructions; improper or unlicensed installation voids the warranty. It is the responsibility of the installer or system designer to ensure compatibility with all system components and conditions. We strongly recommend testing all fixtures upon receipt and before installation to confirm proper operation, as NGTLight is not liable for costs related to removal or reinstallation due to post-installation defects.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please contact our customer service team first to request a return authorization.
