I just finished putting this light up in a paint shop, and I'm impressed with how easy it was to install and adjust the settings. Once installed, it is SUPER BRIGHT, which was exactly what I needed in this area, and I love that I was able to change the color temperature to match the other existing lights in the space.

I put two of these in my new shed and they are fantastic. They way they built it with ease of installation in mind makes it a breeze to put it up and get it setup. Instructions were super clear with pictures and step by step progress. first you install the base which has a hook that lets you hang the light from while you connect the three cables, then you just slide it in across the four metal tabs and lock it all in with a set screw. Done. For mine, I plugged the light sensor with electrical tape since I want to be able to turn it on at any time. I wish there was a way to turn of the light sensor, but no big deal. The three light temps offer plenty of different options (3) to suit pretty much any environment. Great light.

Yes, this light can be used in a gas station canopy. But it's equally useful in carports, barns, shops, etc. I like the dusk/dawn automatic on/off capability (this can be disabled if you have it on a switch). Since this light is so bright, you may want to select a lower wattage or warmer light setting if you're using it in a lower ceilinged area (do this BEFORE installing it in the ceiling). But it will be fantastic if you need very bright task lighting in a shop area. It's a very versatile light at a good price and I recommend it!

this light has two switches that can be used to set your color temperature and wattage. they are under a screw cover so make sure you set it before installing the light. this light also has a photocell so it will come on at dusk and off at dawn. It is pretty bright on the lowest setting and super bright on the highest.
