3. All pre-paid shipping label default UPS Ground 1~5 business days service.Customer have to pay extra cost if need UPS Priority or next day service. After-sales will provide the details if any other remark need attached with return lights together.
4. NGTlight will inspected return light and must be passed before any reimbursement or refund. That’s usually take around 5~7 business days. Longer time may occur if needed.We won’t refund if the products is damaged.
